We were appointed for the interior design, styling and curation of the main 560 sq.m. show apartment for Windshell, as well as the public areas for this luxury residential development.
The public areas are designed to be grounded in their locality whilst representing a more global outlook.
In order to achieve this blend, specific artefacts were sourced from all over the world, each carrying its own story and adding character to a rich tapestry of furnishings. Local craftsmen and manufacturers were commissioned to create custom furniture and spatial dividers, each using region-specific materials such as bamboo and teak.
Further Asian touches were added in the styling of collectable ceramics and objects. The warm, subtle fabric palette was carefully selected to soften the spaces, and Zeigler style vintage rugs offer a sophisticated contrast to the concrete architecture.
The ground floor zones were thoughtfully arranged with diversity and flexibility in mind, allowing residents to socialise indoors and outdoors, spending time together and alone in communal lawns and covered niches.
Interior design services including; bespoke joinery design, FF&E sourcing, art curation and final styling.
